Offering over 70 vacation rental properties, ranging from cozy cabins in the pines to luxurious Lake Almanor Country Club lake front homes. Properties are completely furnished, one only need bring sheets and towels, unless provided in a particular unit. All of our properties are privately owned, single family dwellings. Our experienced, friendly staff, available seven days a week, nine to five to help locate the perfect property, are also happy to inform you about the area, things to do and see, and refer other services you may require. We strive to make your stay memorial, one of many to Lake Almanor, your vacation destination!

Lake Almanor Country Club, a private, gated community, nine hole golf course, fine dining at the club house, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner with full bar. Two recreation areas.

Our Properties located in Big Springs (which gets it's name from the fresh water springs feeding the lake and the fish) on Lake Almanor Drive, have walk in access to fine fishing on Hamilton Branch (a tributary of the Feather River), and private boat launch facility.

East Shore properties offer level lake access and beaches, shallow swimming and fantastic views of Mt. Lassen, and is the perfect staging area for biking around the lake.

Rental Agreement

During the summer months, our rental period is for a minimum of one week beginning on a Saturday. September and October are especially pleasant. Most of our rentals are in the Lake Almanor Country Club, and as their guests, you must register and abide by their rules and regulations.

No recreational vehicles, trailers, campers, tents or other portable sleeping facilities will be allowed on any property shown on this rental list. No pets are allowed at any time. Abuse of this rule will result in forfeiture of your security deposit. You will be asked to place your pet in a local kennel or vacate your rental. Please observe the property rights of others and refrain from trespassing.

The golf starter will give starting time to renters up to three days in advance. Our clubhouse and restaurant are available for you to enjoy. The recreation areas are for your use. LACC will access $100 for every water craft with a CF #. , plus a $8.00 per person administrative fee, based on the occupancy rate for your rental home. These fees will be paid directly to the Country Club by the tenant.

Our rental period is for a minimum of one week, from Saturday to Saturday. Check in time is 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. and check out time is before 10 a.m. (No Exceptions). If you are unable to arrive before 5:00 p.m., your directions and keys for your home will be placed in the mailbox in front of our office.

Please abide by the maximum occupancy shown for each home. Rental properties and grounds are intended for the use of the maximum stated occupants only. Should you exceed the maximum, your security deposit will be subject to forfeiture.

Although our homes are completely furnished, we do not provide sheets, towels, paper goods, or soaps.

Tentative reservations will be held for two weeks only. Upon recipt of the advertised deposit per week your reservation will be confirmed by a mailed contract showing the balance due, which must be in our office 21 days prior to check-in. If a confirmed reservation is canceled within 60 days of rental commencement, your deposit will NOT be refunded unless the home is rented for your reserved dates. If your rental agreement is canceled or terminated after the latest payment due date, you will be responsible for rent.

A $10 administration fee will be deducted from refunded reservation deposits. Rates quoted are subject to 9 % Plumas County tax.

Your security deposit will be returned within 21 days of your departure, providing the home if left clean and in good order, and the keys and gate card are returned. LACC will charge $100 for lost gate cards, and this amount will be deducted from your security deposit.

With the exception on linens, housekeeping is provided in all rentals . Every rental is checked for cleanliness and damage before and after your occupancy. Please notify us immediately if anything has been overlooked.

Most of our homes have telephones. Please make only collect or credit card calls. This includes modem calls made by computers. You are welcome to use the telephone in our office, and we will deliver messages received by this office.

We shall do our very best to make your vacation stay enjoyable. Stop by our office for information on dining out, and things to do and see in the area. If you should wish to view property, we would be happy to make the necessary arrangements. Some of our rentals are listed For Sale. When these properties are to be shown, we shall contact your for a convenient time.
